The template focuses on incorporating globo-gym based muscle building movements (dumbbells, barbell, machines, etc). Along with strongman movements using farmers handles, yokes, sleds, sandbags, etc. But at the end of the day it comes down to just how creative you are. If you don't have something - substitute it for something you DO have. Don't make it harder than it has to be.
Yes. We have a Training & Movement library built into your template subscription that will grow over time and we produce more content movement and training related. For now we have over 35 videos to help with the templates exercises and constraints.
When you sign up for the template, you will get a link to the FITT course here on our learning platform through Kajabi delivered to your email. Kajabi also has an app for iOS and Android that can be downloaded and you can access your template course and other StrongFit courses.
Each new template week is automatically released to your account every 7 days. Each new week is released at 3 AM Amsterdam time.
As each new week is delivered you will also receive an email letting you know you have new content in the course.
The template has several phases or blocks of training that go for about 3-4 weeks at a time. Each exercise can be subbed based on your access to specific equipment and ability to do a movement on any given day. What's important is to follow the constraints behind the movements.
